CHALLENGE / Colliers was facing reduced in-office attendance at their property Royal Bank Plaza, an iconic golden skyscraper in the heart of downtown Toronto. They came to me and the Coveted Co. team to surprise, delight, and engage employees, reminding them of the benefits of coming to work while establishing the building as a cultural and social hub in the broader community.
SOLUTION / I planned and produced the Signature Series, a recurring program designed to engage the building’s 6,000+ employees through six seasonally-anchored event umbrellas, each with two to three weeks of programming. By negotiating value-exchange partnerships with brands like Eataly, Fever-Tree, and Turkish Airlines, I delivered branded activations and social experiences at minimal cost, fully promoted through on-site collateral and Pattison OOH networks.
RESULTS / Royal Bank Plaza loved the Signature Series: 89% of employees reported seeing or experiencing the events, and 95% of those said they were likely to participate in future programming. Further, the events engaged thousands of people, often attracting social media attention and cementing the building’s external reputation.
PRODUCTION RELEVANCE / This case study demonstrates my ability to foster and leverage vendor and brand partnerships, manage end-to-end event and creative workflows, and coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders to deliver large-scale initiatives. It also highlights my strengths in budget-conscious execution and driving connection amongst a target audience.
