CHALLENGE / Toronto’s restaurant scene is notoriously difficult to break into, and it’s even more difficult to stay relevant. An emerging restaurant ought to cut through the noise to make its mark on the culinary scene. New restaurant Occhiolino enlisted my help, alongside with the Coveted Co. team, to make their launch noticeable enough to fill tables for months to come.
SOLUTION / From concept to execution, I produced two exclusive launch events: an influencer & media preview, and an exclusive opening night celebration in collaboration with FASHION Magazine. Every aspect of the events was designed to highlight the restaurant’s authenticity, warmth, and simple elegance.
RESULT / The events (in conjunction with my broader PR campaign) led to an organic reach of over 29 million across social, broadcast, print, and digital; and cemented the restaurant as a go-to destination in Toronto’s buzzy Little Italy neighbourhood.
PRODUCTION RELEVANCE / This role illustrates my ability to manage project pipelines under tight timelines, coordinate complex projects, and ensure flawless execution in an infamously fast-paced industry.
