New restaurants are opening all the time. How do you cut through the noise? I worked with the Coveted Co. team on two launch events for new Italian restaurant Occhiolino, helmed by Drake’s former personal chef. From concept to execution, I spearheaded two launch events: an influencer and media preview, and an exclusive opening night celebration in collaboration with FASHION Magazine. The events (plus my broader PR campaign including influencer/media relations and strategic pitching) led to a reach of over 29 million across social, broadcast, print, and digital; and cemented the restaurant as a go-to destination in Toronto’s buzzy Little Italy neighbourhood.
